Research On The "Four In One" Mode Of Juveniles’Ideological And Moral Education

In current, our country is in an important period of economic development and social transformation. The development of market economy, the promotion of the internet and the permeation of the western culture has huge impact on the moral education in China. If we just follow the beaten track, and don’t reform the traditional moral education way, the optimum time point will be delayed, and the moral education can’t reach good effect. Based on the analysis of multiple levels of juveniles’ moral education and the emergence of new requirements on moral education, this paper attempts to explore the different responsibilities of families, schools and media should undertake respectively, then, we will discuss the approach to integrate different kinds of educational resources to improve the effectiveness of moral education. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to supply useful ideas and inspiration for the education policy reforms and the training for the qualified builders of socialism. The main part of this article contains four chapters:chapter one emphasizes the family education as the foundation of juveniles’ moral education system and proposes the methods to strengthen family education; chapter two analyses the school education as the main part of juveniles’moral education and points out the reformation direction of the content and methods of school education; chapter three focuses on the mass media as the new carrier of juveniles’moral education, we explore the path to strengthening its moral education function based on the comprehensive analysis of its positive and negative effects; chapter four discusses the nurturance education as the important realization path of "Four in One" mode of moral education, we analyze its external and internal factors and try to find ways to improve its effectiveness. Generally speaking, in the "Four in One" moral education pattern that tried to be proposed in this article, families, schools and the media are the three specific carriers, while the nurturance education is the important way. If the different kinds of resources realize integration and positive interaction, the reformation of moral education will be promoted and the juveniles’moral education will create a new situation.
