"Pursuing Moral And Ability" Researching On Moral Education Mode

In the new situation of fast development of high vocational school education and the sharp increase of its students, how to structure a moral education system and mode which features high vocational school education has become an important theory and a question for discussion.Guided by the up to date achievement of Marxism applied in China and the spirit about strengthening and improving ideology and politics education in the colleges, this paper synthetically applies the theories of ideology and politics and ethnics to take a systemic quest for the moral education system. Besides the preface, this paper is divided into three parts.The first part of the article discusses the importance and necessity of structuring of the mode, which is the intrinsic demand for solving the realistic problems, the intrinsic demand for promoting all-round development of the students, the inevitable choice for the practice of moral education and the intrinsic demand for developing the vocational college education.The second part discusses the basic connotation, principles, goals and working system of the mode.The third part mainly introduces the concrete operational methods of the mode. We are guided by the view of developing scientifically, build up the working confidence of the mode, carry out actively the innovation of two lesson teaching, broaden the ways to better the new working system of the construction of Communist Party, build a system to found the campus culture combined ability and virtues, strengthen the education on how to choose jobs, promote the students' humanism, strengthen the construction of class to strengthen their collective ideas and teamwork, and strengthen the construction of college students association to promote the students' socialization.
