Objective:By researching the changes of BMD、body composition before and after one year’sbone-building exercise, and surveying the postmenopausal women daily physical activitycharacteristics, with the purpose of discussing the relationship between BMD、bodycomposition and physical activity, to define the energy consumption of affecting the bonemass changes reference standard, and serving as the basical experiment theory ofpreventing osteoprosis.Method:60participants sampled from postmenopausal female (average years since menopause6.78±4.11) in beijing. Exercise group (EG) and Control group (CG) were randomlyassigned. EG were30participants sample and adhered to exercise one year; CG were30participants sample, who didn’t take part in any exercises. The product of dual-energy x-rayabsorptiometry (Lunar Prodidy, GE, USA) measured subjects’ before and after one year’sBMD and body composition, and Japanese OMRON company hja-350it accelerometermeasured subjects’energy expenditure per day per week (including physical activity energyexpenditure (PAEE),1-8MET activity intensity time), and adopt National stimulants andnutrition testing research center athletes and the general public dietary nutrition analysisand mmanagement system computer software measured subjects’energy intake per day perweek. Spss16.0statistics and date analysed.Results:1year later, EG BW、BF and PBF were lower (P<0.01), PBM was higher (P<0.01),△FNLBMD was higher (P<0.05); CG BW higher (P<0.01), PBM were lower (P<0.01),△FNL、△FNRand△WBBMD were lower than1year ago(P<0.05-0.01);△L2-4BMDwas lower (P>0.05).1year later EG, everyday walking energy expenditure (WEE)、PAEE、total energy expenditure (TEE) and total energy intake (EI) were higher than CG(P<0.05-0.01); EG energy metabolization balance; CG energy metabolizationoverbalance. EG1year later, Steps、3-6METs-min、above6METs-min were higher thanCG(P<0.01).△BW was negative correlation with△FNRBMD(P<0.01);△BM was positivecorrelation with△WBBMD(P<0.05),△PBM was positive correlation with△FNRBMD(P<0.01). WEE、PAEE were negative correlation with△BW、△PBF、△BF(P<0.05-0.01), and were positive correlation with△FNLBMD、△PBM(P<0.05-0.01); TEE was negativecorrelation with△PBF(P<0.05), and was positive correlation with△PBM(P<0.05);3-6MET-min was positive correlation with△PBM(P<0.05)and was negative correlationwith△PBF、△BF(P<0.01).Conclusions:1、EG1year later, energy metabolization balance, BF was significantly lower, BM washigher, FNLBMD was significantly higher; CG energy metabolization overbalance, BMwas lower, FNLBMD、FNRBMD、WBBMD were significantly lower.2、everyday energy expenditure was positive correlation with body compositin, improvingthe relative proportions of musle and musle strength, and effectivly maintain or improvepostmenopausal female bone mass, or slow down bone mass lose (body mineral density).3、3-6METs,3-4times per day, at least50minutes aerobic endurance、weight-bearinganti-resistance and properly impact compound exercise are appropriate exercise formaintaining or improving postmenopausal female bone mass; PAEE which low650kilocalories per day can serve as warning postmenopause female “lack of exercise”reference standard.
