Research objectives:At present, the health consciousness of Chinese residents is improved. It has long been a hot topic in the field of health which training is more effective for fat loss and weight loss.L-carnitine can promote the oxidation of fatty acids into mitochondria through cell membrane, and has the effect of promoting fat consumption. However, the effects of different exercise modes combined with L-carnitine on the consumption of carbohydrate and lipid and other indicators of the body need to be further studied. Therefore,in order to reduce the interference of other factors on the training results,we used the power bicycle as a training tool and controlled the total work to 200 KJ to monitor and analyze theResearch methods:A total of 36 male college students were recruited and randomly divided into four groups:MICT group(MP),MICT left-handed group(ML),HIIT group(HP)and HIIT lefthanded group(HL).Each participant used a power bicycle(German ERGOSELECT 200 power bicycle)for exercise intervention for a total of 7 times over 2 weeks.Prior to formal training, each participant was tested on VO2 Max using a power bike and a gas metabolism analyzer(German CORTEX ML 96130506 Gas Analyzer). The HIIT group alternated between 50%and 90%VO2max per minute. The MICT group was continuously trained with 60%VO2max,and the oxygen uptake data of the subjects were collected in quiet state, during exercise, immediately after exercise,1h after exercise, and the next morning after exercise.Lactate Scout 3 portable lactate test tester was used to collect lactate values in quiet state,3min,5min,and 7min after exercise. The body composition analyzer(Korean Inbody230 body composition analyzer)was used to collect the body weight and other data of the subjects before the first training and after the last training. All data were represented by mean±standard deviation.SPSS26.0 was used for repeated measure analysis of variance and two-factor analysis of variance. Results P<0.05 was a significant difference,P<0.01 was extremely significant.Research results:In one-off exercise,it was found that the energy consumption rate of HIIT exercise was significantly higher than that of MICT exercise, the oxidation rate of HIIT sugar was significantly higher than that of MICT,and the oxidation rate of fat was lower than that of MICT.The peak value of blood lactic acid after HIIT exercise was significantly higher than that after MICT exercise. After combined with L-carnitine,the sugar oxidation rate increased in HIIT exercise, and the fat oxidation rate increased in the recovery period after exercise and was significantly higher than that in the recovery period after MICT exercise.Fat consumption rate increased during and after MICT exercise. After HIIT exercise, the peak value of blood lactic acid decreased and the trend remained unchanged. After MICT exercise, the peak value of blood lactic acid also decreased slightly and the peak time was delayed. After two weeks of training, there was no significant difference in the changes of glucose and lipid metabolism and blood lactic acid before and after training. However, the energy consumption of the four groups decreased slightly and to different degrees, with the largest decrease in the HIIT group and the smallest decrease in the MICT group. From the trend of weight loss:HIIT L-carnitine group>MICT L-carnitine group>HIIT control group>MICT control group; From the decreasing trend of body fat:HIIT L-carnitine group>MICT L-carnitine group≈HIIT control group>MICT control groupResearch conclusion:(1)After one-time HIIT and MICT exercise,HIIT can be a better choice in terms of total energy consumption and exercise efficiency.(2)One-time HIIT exercise combined with L-carnitine proved that L-carnitine may increase the rate and proportion of sugar energy supply during intense training, and promote the utilization of fat energy supply during the recovery period after exercise.Disposable MICT exercise combined with Lcarnitine demonstrated that L-carnitine can increase fat oxidation rate during moderate intensity exercise.(3)After two weeks of training to observe the consumption of metabolic substrate during exercise,HIIT exercise is better than MICT exercise in fat and weight loss. Both in terms of energy and time consumption,HIIT is more efficient, and in terms of fat consumption is not inferior to MICT.Therefore,it is suggested that HIIT movement may be more in line with the needs of contemporary young people to reduce weight and fat,and L-carnitine has a good effect on promoting the consumption of sugar and fat.
