Objective:To observe the different time swimming the aorta of cholesterol fed rat serum TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C concentrations, serum FFA content, fasting glucose, insulin levels, insulin resistance, MAPK content and plasmat-PA and PAI-1content, and explore the different times of the sports movement to improve high drink diet-induced insulin resistance in rat fibrinolytic abnormalities prevention of the occurrence and development of fibrinolytic abnormalities and prevention artery atherosclerosis of movementprovide a theoretical basis.Method:40male SD rats were randomly divided into normal diet control group (C group, n=10), high-fat diet model group (group H, n=10), high-fat diet60min exercise group (60HE, n=10), high-fat diet90min movement group (90HE, n=10). Rats60min and90min of swimming per day, respectively,60min and90min, non-weight-bearing swimming exercise six times a week,12weeks continuous movement. Experiments during the weekly determination of body weight of rats after12weeks were measured in serum cholesterol、 triglycerides、HDL、LDL、free fatty acids、fasting plasma glucose、insulin、plasma organizations fibrinolysis plasminogen activator tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor-1content in rat aortic mitogen-activated protein kinase the content.Results:1. After12weeks of swimming, the normal body weight of rats in control group was significantly lower than the model group rats(P<0.05) the weight of fat60min exercise group and the high-fat90min exercise group rats significantly decreased (P<0.01), in which fat90min exercise group weight loss is more significant.12weeks swimming experiment the weight of the high fat diet rats increased significantly inhibited.2. After12weeks of swimming, the model group rats were blood free fatty acid levels were significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.05). High-fat diet60min sports serum free fatty acid levels were significantly lower than the model group rats(P<0.05). High-fat diet90min movement serum free fatty acid levels were significantly lower than the model group rats(P<0.01). High-fat diet90min sports serum free fatty acid levels were significantly lower than the high-fat diet60min exercise group (P<0.05). Description of12weeks of swimming exercise can reduce high-fat diet in serum free fatty acid levels,90min motion effect is more pronounced.3.12weeks of swimming, the model group serum triglyceride levels were significantly higher than the normal control rats(P<0.01); fat the60min movement serum triglyceride levels significantly lower than the high-fatmodel rats(P<0.01); fat the90min movement serum triglyceride levels significantly lower than the model group rats(P<0.01);fat90min movement serum triglyceride levelalthough there were no differences compared with the high-fat60min exercise group, but the lower levels. The model group serum cholesterol levels were significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.01);fat the60min movement serum cholesterol levels significantly lower than the model group rats (P<0.01); fat90min movement of serum cholesterol levels significantly lower than the model group rats(P<0.01);fat90min movement serum cholesterol level was significantly lower than the high-fat60min exercise group (P<0.05). Model group rats high-density lipoprotein levels were significantly lower than normal control rats (P<0.01), the exercise group and model group is not significantly different, but the level has increased, including the effect of the90min movement group more Jia. Low-density lipoprotein levels in rats of model group was significantly higher than normal control rats(P<0.01), the exercise group and model group not significantly different, but its levels decline,90min exercise group effect Jia. Description12weeks of swimming exercise can reduce the high fat diet serum triglycerides, cholesterol and LDL levels, increased high density lipoprotein levels, of90min movement was more obvious.4.12weeks of swimming, the rats of model group fasting insulin levels were significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.01);fat60min exercise group fasting insulin levels were significantly lower than the model group rats(P<0.01);fat90min exercise group fasting insulin levels were significantly lower than the model group rats(P<0.01);fat90min exercise group fasting insulin levels were significantly lower than the high-fat60min exercise groupmice(P<0.05). The model group rats insulin resistance was significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.01); fat60min exercise group the level of insulin resistance was significantly lower than the model group rats(P<0.05);fat90min exercise group insulin resistance was significantly lower than the model group rats(P<0.01);fat90min exercise group insulin resistance compared to high-fat60min exercise group not significantly different, but its insulin resistance is lower. Description of12weeks of swimming exercise can reduce high-fat diet in rat serum insulin levels, thereby reducing insulin resistance,90min swimming is more effective.5.12weeks swimming, model group rat plasma tissue plasminogen activator level was significantly lower than the normal control group (P<0.01). Fat60min exercise group of plasma tissue plasminogen activator level was significantly higher than the model group rats(P<0.05). Fat90min exercise group of plasma tissue plasminogen activator level was significantly higher than the model group rats(P<0.01). Fat90min exercise group of plasma tissue plasminogen activator levels were significantly higher than the high-fat60min exercise group (P<0.05). Description of the12weeks of swimming can be effectively increased the high-fat diet in rat plasma tissue plasminogen activator levels90min swimming is more effective.6.12weeks of swimming, the model group rats plasma tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor-1levels were significantly higher than normal control rats(P<0.01). Fat60min exercise group of plasma tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor-1levels were significantly lower than the model group rats (P<0.05). Fat90min exercise group of plasma tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor-1levels were significantly lower than the model group rats(P<0.01). Fat90min exercise group of plasma tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor-1levels were significantly lower than the high-fat60min exercise group (P<0.01). Description of12weeks of swimming exercise can effectively reduce the high-fat diet in rat plasma tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor-1levels, which90min swimming effect is more pronounced.7. After12weeks of swimming, the model group rat aortic mitogen-activated protein kinase levels were significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.05). Fat60min exercise group aortic mitogen-activated protein kinase level was significantly lower than the model group rats (P<0.05). Fat90min exercise group rat aortic mitogen-activated protein kinase levels were significantly lower than the model group rats(P<0.01). Fat90min exercise group aortic mitogen-activated protein kinase level was significantly lower than the high-fat60min exercise group (P<0.05). Description of12weeks of swimming exercise can effectively reduce the high fat diet during rat aortic mitogen-activated protein kinase levels,90min swimming is more effective.Conclusions:1.12weeks at different times swimming can prevent high-fat diet rats weight, serum TC, TG, elevated LDL-C and HDL-C lower, and90min movement effect is more pronounced. That exercise can improve the high fat diet-induced dyslipidemia, and the the90min movement effect is more pronounced. High-fat diet can cause serum fasting insulin increased insulin resistance, and12weeks at different times swimming can rat serum fasting insulin levels decreased, insulin resistance, and90min movement effect is more pronounced. Description of the exercise can improve high-fat diet-induced insulin resistance, and the the90min movement effect is more pronounced.2. High fat diet, the rat plasma t-PA decreased and PAI-1was significantly increased, thus breaking the normal fibrinolytic balance. After12weeks at different times of swimming, the rat plasma t-PA levels higher fat diet group had significantly increased PAI-1levels decreased, thereby improving the fibrinolytic disordered state, and90min motion effect is more pronounced. That exercise can improve plasma fibrinolytic levels in rats after high-fat diet, and the90min movement was more obvious.3. After the high fat diet, the rat aortic MAPK concentration is significantly increased. After12weeks at different times of swimming in rat aorta of MAPK levels were significantly decreased, and the the90min movement effect is more pronounced. That exercise can reduce the concentration of high-fat diet after aortic MAPK, and the90min movement effect is more pronounced.
