Well-being is a permanent and ever new topic. Individual’s well-being not onlydetermines people’s quality of life, but also has a profound effect on the social relationshipsand behavior, and will eventually affect social harmony. Social support played an importantrole in sustainable human development, which directly or indirectly influence people’scognition, emotion, will and mental health. A number of studies have shown that good socialsupport benefits mental health, individual confidence increase、 a sense of belongingenhancement and well-being ascension also depend on adequate social support.Today’s China is in the critical period of social transformation, Despite the overallstrength of the country and people’s living standard have greatly improved, various socialcontradictions increasingly sharp, social injustice issues become more prominent, with thechange of social structure、the widening of the gap between the rich and the poor. Thesecontradictions and problems penetrate in people’s life. so many people produce anxiety in thespiritual or psychological, breeding discontent, thereby affecting their perception ofwell-being. At present, personnel system in institutions of our country and staffingadministration reform development are not synchronized, in medical industry, for example,with the growing social demands, the hospital in staff personnel shortage, the public medicalinstitutions successively recruit a large number of supernumerary staff, such as medicalpersonnel and the crew. To get rid of the restrictions of the original preparation, improveservice quality, benefit more patients. Along with the hospital continuously improve theproportion of supernumerary personnel in the employment staff, supernumerary personnel hasgradually become the indispensable main force. However, there is a large gap in treatment,wage and welfare, learning and continuing education, management and use of personnelaspects of these supernumerary personnel, their social support condition and level ofwell-being deserves our attention and research.In the field of well-being is less involved in research on the well-being of institutionpersonnel. The research object of this study is institution personnel. This study aims to revealthe state of social well-being of institution personnel, and adds a new object groups for thelocalization of well-being. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of social support on social well-being of employee in different employment forms. Expect to find theassociation, establish the reasonable structure, systematically analyze and interpret, in order toeffectively increase the social support of institution personnel, enhance their sense ofwell-being, to provide some reference for the future research in this field.In reference to the domestic and foreign relevant theory and combined with themorphological characteristics of employment in institutions constructs the model, and putsforward the research hypothesis. Mainly analyzes the relationship between social support andsocial well-being of different forms of employment. Using questionnaire method, ininstitutions, for example, adopt stratified sampling method, choose the two public hospitalstaff at or above the county level, carry on a questionnaire and data collection. Total paymentof350copies of questionnaires, recycling330copies of questionnaires, and306copies areeffective, effective recovery was87.43%. Then, through the SPSS17.0related data analysis,descriptive statistics analysis, reliability and validity test, independent sample t-test, Pearsoncorrelation analysis and regression analysis, inspect research hypothesis.The study found that social support of all dimensions has a significant influence onsocial well-being, there are remarkable differences in social support of different employmentforms and remarkable differences in social well-being of different employment forms.
