Research On Social Work Practice Of Employment Support For Rural Landless Wome

Employment is fundamental to people's livelihood.Women's employment not only affects economic development,social stability and family harmony,but also affects women's own development.At present,China's female labor resources are very rich,the speed of urbanization is fast,and a large number of rural women become land-lost women due to land expropriation.However,due to the physiological characteristics of women and the demands of various roles in the family,they are often at a relative disadvantage when looking for jobs.Due to the rapid economic development of the region to be examined in this paper,originally rely on farming for a living,after land acquisition into the lost women,and their low level of education,conservative thinking,lack of independent ideas,have a greater sense of inferiority,resulting in no way for them to find a job.Therefore,it is particularly important to pay attention to the land-lost women and make in-depth discussion on their employment.This article obtains from the D village S province ground women,use social learning theory,the investigation about the present situation of rural women's employment,and from the survey found that rural territory women in employment exist the following problems: the employment information not unobstructed,skills,and the lack of confidence,member of the family does not support,legal rights consciousness;At the same time,this paper also discusses the reasons why land-lost women face employment problems from the aspects of the shortage of employment information and services,the lack of employment skills training,the constraints of family roles,the impact of gender discrimination and so on.According to the problems and reasons,under the strong support and assistance of the village committee,this paper organized seven thematic group activities,so that they have the opportunity to try and experience skills,tap their potential,and improve their employability and self-awareness.
