Research On Poor College Students’ Employment And Social Support

In this paper, taking Inner Mongolia Normal University asinvestigation object, and case analysis, starting from two areas, theformal social support and informal social support, mainly using themethod of questionnaire survey, and with some case of interview andliterature study, research on the issue of poor college studentsemployment situation, problems and causes, employment of poorUniversity Students in social support status and the existing problems andreasons and so on, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures andsuggestions.The paper is divided into five parts, among them:The introduction part introduces the research background, and theimportant concepts are defined, the theoretical basis of the research, at thesame time, the past research on the review, also introduced the researchobject, the paper research goal, significance and research methods areused and some related problems.The first chapter is the basic situation of poor college studentsemployment and social support. The basic conditions of employmentincluding employment situation and employment difficulties and reasons,social support situation of employment is mainly through two areas of theformal social support status and informal social support. The formalsocial support including the government, schools, the mass media, theemployer and the social occupation training or intermediaries, informalsocial support including parents, relatives, friends, classmates andteachers.The second chapter is mainly about the problems and causes ofthe formal social support and informal social support, at the sametime,reveals the problems of poor college students employment social support, and analyzes the causes of these problems.The third chapter is the proposals for strengthening employment ofpoor college students in social support.According to the poor collegestudents employment social support status and the existing problems, alsofrom the two aspects of the formal social support and informal social tooffer proposals of support corresponding suggestions about the supportbody. In addition, based on the system theory, the theory of social supportand empowerment theory in social work idea, the writer put forward thepreliminary construction of poor college students employment socialsupport network tentative plan, including two parts: first, poor studentsself-service system, the second, the construction of poor college studentsemployment social support mode. I hope these suggestions and ideas tobe helpful for promoting the employment of university students.The conclusion part is the summary about the status of research onthis paper, and put forward to be studied further investigation andthinking task.
