University Campus Recruitment System Design Based On Project Management

With the expansion of university enrollment, the employment pressure is increasing.Campus recruitment is the main channel of employment of graduates. With thedevelopment of economy, the campus recruitment is an important link for the enterprices toabsorb talents and expand the influence. To alleviate supply and demand balance isimportant content which is beneficial to the people’s livelihood, as well as social harmonyand progress.To view the campus recruitment as a managing project to study provides a newperspective. Recruitment is the research on campus and also a kind of application of theproject management discipline. Broaden the research mode of campus recruitment andincreased the new content of project management disciplines. This article try to use theproject management mode to find out a suitable, created, scientific, systematic and practical way for the campus recruitment.Based on this, this paper puts forward the necessity and feasibility of application ofproject management theory in according to the present situation. At the same time, thepaper puts forward the design and optimization measures for the university campusrecruitment in several aspects for example preparation, planning, follow-up services,platform construction and team construction.Taking China Women’s University recruitment as an example, I analyses the presentsituation, according to this, I put forward the design and optimization of the ChinaWomen’s University recruitment system in team building, information platform,employment guidance and school characteristics.
