The Research On Ageing Population And Pension Service Countermeasures Of Jilin Province

According to the calculation results based on the data of the Sixth PopulationCensus for Jilin province, the number of old people over60has reached13.21%inthe proportion of the total population. Compared with the data of the Fifth PopulationCensus in2000, the growth is obvious. Ageing population in Jilin province isexperiencing a rapid development. Ageing population has a significant impact on allaspects of society while the condition of economic development is relativelybackward.The prediction of the future ageing population of Jilin province based on thecensus data, we found that before the year of2050the aging population will increaseintensive and elderly population will reach50%. Whether the pension service systemof Jilin province is ready to deal with the coming surge of "silver wave" will have adirect impact for every person in the future.Family endowment is still the main way of pension; children take on theobligation of supporting the elderly. However, as the family structure and functionchanging gradually, the disadvantages of family endowment is revealing. Pensioninstitutions and the home endowment relying on the community service are theefficient ways to deal with the pressure of the pension pressure. In this article, weanalyzed the status and development trend of the aging population of Jilin provinceand studied the pension service model at present. Innovation is that we explored thecountermeasures to promote the pension services.Article in the first part is the introduction, the paper expounds the writingbackground and the significance of topics, summarizes the research results both athome and abroad, and explains related concepts; the second part is the status quo ofthe aging population, and taking Jilin province for example. By analyzing the resultsget from the Sixth Census data in2010in-depth, we summed up the present situation of ageing population in Jilin province; the third part is the prediction of Jilin provincepopulation ageing level based on census data by CPPS software. Under the differentassumptions, we predicted the future population structure of Jilin province, andanalyzed an ageing population development trend of Jilin province; in fourth part, wediscussed the influence on pension service system resulting from population ageing.First, we cited the annals data to analyze the status quo and existing problems ofpension service system for Jilin; then combining with the actual situation analyzed theinfluence to of the old-age service system caused by ageing population; finally, wediscussed the institutions pension and endowment at home which play main roles infuture development. In the fifth part, we explored the proposals of pension servicemodel under the background of ageing population. By drawing the advancedexperience at home and abroad, according to the practical situation of Jilin province,we put forward the measures as follows. Under the condition of rapid development,the Jilin province government should be the leading role to guide and standardize thepension service system; at the same time accelerate the development of the homeendowment relying on the community; the training of service personnel should bestrengthened as well.
