In recent years, with college enrollment, employment of college students has become increasingly difficult,and the employment of university students is difficult triggered a series of social problems. Employment moralproblem as a special kind of social problems emerging more and more attention is being, has become a realproblem in society, schools, families, employers have to face. Caused widespread concern of many scholars in theacademic and theoretical circles, the crux of the difficulty explore employment ethical issues, the use of thepolitical theory of education, strengthen employment guidance to effectively educate, guide college graduates, tohelp establish a correct concept of employment and the right employment mentality, to improve the overallintegrity of college students; For solving the employment of graduates face ethical issues and build theemployment of university students ethical system has important theoretical significance and practical value.In this paper, based on access to a large number of documents as well as research and analysis for the resultsof the questionnaire, to sort out the current the Graduate Employment moral flaw performance, throughquestionnaires and analysis of the problems and causes of contemporary the Graduate Employment moral missingin the cause analysis and put forward on the basis of realistic countermeasures to solve the employment ofuniversity students moral failure.This article is divided into a total of five parts. The first part describes the origin of this study, the researchoverview of research ideas and methods. The second part of the analysis to study the Graduate Employment moralconcept. The third part through the questionnaires, system analysis and literature research, the status quo of thestudents’ employment moral failure from the start, a detailed analysis of a the Graduate Employment moral seriousutilitarian thinking, poor awareness of services and a lack of dedication and other major problems. The fourth partis the moral failure of the employment problem of systematic analysis, mainly from the five aspects of society, thefamily, the school, the students themselves and the employer. The fifth part is missing for the current employmentethics issues corresponding solutions: perfect with employment-related laws and regulations; enrich the GraduateEmployment moral education content; strengthen standardize teachers’ moral cultivation; attention to the exampleof the power of parents; thus achieving moral standards from the five aspects of society, schools, families andcollege students and employers to improve the students’ employment.
