A Research On Ideological Education For Graduates Of Agricultural And Forestry Universities

Employment is the foundation of the people's livelihood.Nowadays,the competition of employment is becoming more and more intense.The graduates of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities are often working in rural areas,mountain villages and relatively remote areas because of the specialty of colleges and universities.At the same time,because of the seasonal and relative labor intensity of the agricultural industry,the employment ideas of the graduates of agricultural and forestry colleges are complex,the employment movement is changeable,and the attitude of employment is unstable.In this case,it is particularly necessary to carry out the ideological and political education for the graduates of agroforestry colleges and universities,to promote the belief of the party in the employment,to form a scientific,correct and reasonable employment idea,so as to help the graduates to find their careers scientifically and rationally,and to pursue their career in the ideal of life.Based on this,this study takes the undergraduate of Anhui Agriculture University for nearly two years as an example.On the basis of analyzing the particularity of the employment of graduates in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,and on the basis of the investigation of the employment of graduates in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the ideological and political education as the foundation and means to promote the undergraduate of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities.The employment and ideological education is the focus of promoting the employment of graduates in agriculture and forestry universities.The full text is divided into four parts,as follows:The first part is the introduction of the article,which introduces the background and questions of the topic,and discusses the theoretical and practical significance of the research and the relevant theoretical basis.Then,the author downloads a large number of articles who being reproduced and downloaded in quantity by means of literature retrieval,at the same time,who combs and summarizes the status of the research on employment education at home and abroad.The second part mainly introduces the survey of undergraduates' ideological status in agriculture and forestry universities.The article introduces the survey,design,investigation,implementation and findings of the article.The third part mainly discusses the present situation analysis of the ideological education for the undergraduates in the agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,and introduces the achievements and problems of the ideological education in colleges and universities.The last part,which produces the countermeasures and approaches of strengthening undergraduate employment ideological education in agriculture and forestry universities.I hope that through these methods,we can promote the development of college students' ideological and educational education,alleviate the problem of the grim employment situation in the employment market,and contribute to promoting the comprehensive development of college students in agricultural and forestry colleges and the construction of the socialist society with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
