| The problem of employment difficulties for contemporary college students has aroused the attention of the whole society.At the end of the 20 th century,China’s higher education entered a phase of rapid development.After the expansion of enrollment in universities,the number of graduates in 2003 was 2.12 million,which was 670,000 higher than 2002;in 2010,this figure was expanded to 6.31 million,until 7.95 million in 2017..As the years increase,this peak figure will continue to increase.Under the pressure of the “difficult period for employment”,agricultural graduates are also faced with the same difficult employment problem."Employment difficulties" is not difficult to lack in the job,but is largely due to factors such as the wrong employment values of agricultural science students.At the 19 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping announced that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.This marks the influx of many cultural thoughts from the "new era" to the "new era" in the context of "a new era." It has caused a certain impact on the traditional way of thinking in our country,and at the same time,it has also caused a certain degree of impact on the employment values of agricultural sciences.This is reflected in the fact that some college students in agriculture have "unclear object relations," unrealistic employment directions,blind employment,gratuitous pleasures,high expectations,and lack of dedication,which have led to distortions in the employment thinking of contemporary agriculture students.Can’not be effectively employed.Our survey data shows that: after graduation,agricultural college students are willing to stay in the grass-roots agro-technical unit employment is only 6.9%,there are a considerable part of agricultural science students choose to work in non-agricultural sectors,resulting in national talent resources The great cost of education is wasted.China has been a big country in agriculture since ancient times.Agricultural college students do not choose to work in agricultural science positions they have studied,which has seriously affected China’s agricultural modernization and the process of rural revitalization.This paper conducts a comprehensive investigation on the employment ideas of contemporary agricultural students,and understands the characteristics of contemporary agricultural graduates’ employment ideas and the factors that affect the employment of contemporary agricultural graduates.From the perspective of ideological and political education,we have targeted society from the perspective of The four-pronged approach of universities,colleges,families and individuals proposed a series of feasible solutions to help establish the correct employment values for contemporary agricultural students,promote the effective employment of agricultural students,advance the process of agricultural modernization,and realize our country’s Rural Revitalization Plan. |
