Football,as the world’s first sport,has an irresistible charm.China as a sports power,the football project has been very backward,now even become Asia’s two or three stream team,1 billion 300 million candidates out of 11 people can play is always hot Chinese football focus topic.In our attempt after years of the reform measures of football development,change the past quick thought since 2015,has introduced the "overall plan" and "the reform and development of Chinese football football Chinese long-term development plan(2016-2050)",the development of China’s football concept transfer from elite to mass base line.The campus football reform as a breakthrough in the reform of physical education,has a leading role to the reform of physical education,and high school football teaching and training is the most critical part of high school football activities,but to cultivate students’ interest in football,expand students to football sport participation,which enables more students to participate in sport in the foundation of improving student football technical level,to promote the overall development of the middle school students.The fundamental purpose of the implementation of the campus football education,is to cultivate students’ personality,teamwork through the spirit of the game,this is the most unique educational function of sports,but also the development of the most fundamental goal of school physical education.This paper uses the methods of literature study,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,the Yancheng urban middle school students’ cognition as a starting point,the three aspects of direct participation in the campus football from the students: investigation and Analysis on the present situation of sports course teaching,extracurricular participation,football school football team organization,in addition to investigation and study the security conditions of conducting the campus football management support,such as school facilities,teachers,parents,support safe medical security,summarize the advantages and problems of Yancheng City Campus football development present situation,proposed the development of appropriate recommendations,hope that through this study,let the people from all walks of life development value more recognition of the campus football,and expect through the current situation of Yancheng City data provide reference data for the implementation of specific reform measures of football in china.The conclusions obtained in this paper are:1,the development of campus football in Yancheng urban middle school has already achieved certain results;2,policy support is a favorable guarantee for the development of middle school football in Yancheng;3,the mode of Education Collectivization makes the development of middle school football in Yancheng city have the advantage of resource integration;4,there are conflicts between football and other sports in middle schools in Yancheng;5,there are conflicts between campus football and social public sports in Yancheng middle school;6,Yancheng urban middle school routine sports football teaching effect is not good;7,Yancheng urban middle school students’ self participation is not strong;8,Yancheng urban middle school football,sports teachers,coaches lack of professional ability;9,Yancheng urban middle school football propaganda on campus is poor.
