Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of School Football Development In Zhuzhou City

As the world's first sport,football is deeply sought after by the public.Governments in various countries also attach great importance to youth football.Chinese men's football level has been difficult to rank among the top in the world,and even become the third class in Asia.It is related to China's youth football training.In 2009,the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education jointly launched the National Youth Campus Football Campaign,which aims to create a "pyramid" type of football reserve talent training model through campus football,expand the Chinese football population base,explore football talents,and then improve Chinese football.Primary and secondary schools around the country responded positively and set off a campus football boom.This study uses questionnaires,expert interviews,field visits,mathematical statistics and other methods.From the hardware facilities,funding,teaching staff,leadership attitudes,parental views,participation motives,curriculum teaching,and training competitions of primary and secondary school football in Zhuzhou City,we have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of football development in primary and secondary schools in Zhuzhou City.To explore the factors affecting the problems in the course of its development,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for promoting the vigorous development of primary and secondary school football in Zhuzhou.This research shows that:(1)Zhuzhou City's primary and secondary school football is generally in good condition,and a series of policies and guidelines aimed at promoting the development of campus football have been issued.63 national campus football specialty schools have been successfully established and two provincial football development demonstration counties and cities have been established;(2)Primary and secondary schools in Zhuzhou generally attach importance to campus football,and the funding is sufficient,and the pace of hardware construction is accelerated;(3)Football classroom teaching is good,there are many after-school competitions,and the level of competition has improved rapidly.There are various forms of training for football teachers in primary and secondary schools,but the level of football teachers and athletes shows an unbalanced development.It is concluded that the factors affecting football in primary and secondary schools in zhuzhou include: policy implementation bias,exam-oriented education pressure,safety issues,parental leadership support and incentive mechanism.Finally,the study put forward five suggestions for promoting the development of primary and secondary school football in Zhuzhou:(1)Strengthening the binding force of the implementation of primary and secondary school football policy,and improving parents and school leaders 'understanding of campus football;(2)Further strengthen the training of football teachers in primary and secondary schools,and promote advanced teacher training models throughout the city;(3)In the form of government purchase services,it has carried out large-scale cooperation with Zhuzhou Senior Football Club to attract social forces to jointly promote the in-depth development of campus football.(4)Create a campus football culture and drive primary and secondary school students to understand campus football and participate in campus football through various forms of campus football propaganda.(5)Raise the safety awareness of teachers and students,purchase third-party insurance,and enhance the safety and security of students participating in campus football.
