Sports Culture Development And Spreading Strategies Study Of Anhui Flower-drum Lanterns

Culture is the lifeblood of the nation, is the spiritual home of the people. With thedevelopment of the times, the exchanges increased between countries andare growing in frequency. Nowadays, in the process of globalization, culture graduallybecomes the symbol of a nation’s soft power. With the invasion of foreign sports culture,many of our traditional sports with national characteristics are facing a severe test.Although some of our traditional sports events work well in international culturalexchanges in sports, traditional culture spread and culture soft power promotion, many ofthe traditional sports events with national characteristics have not been fully developed andutilized. There exist very few studies of sports culture of traditional sports events withnational characteristics and not deep enough. Moreover, the substantial progress hasnot been made about it.The Anhui flower-drum, one of the traditional sports events with Han Chinese culturalcharacteristics originated in the Huaihe River Basin. With changing times, its heritage anddevelopment are facing a severe test, but its sports culture has not been fully developed andutilized. In this paper, the literature data, the method of logical analysis, field research,expert interviews methods are used for carrying out summary of the origin of Anhuiflower-drum，development and current situation. And the features, functionality and valueof its sports culture are studied deeply, including the analysis of Anhui flower-drumexisting problems.
