The new round curriculum reform clearly put forward the implementation of the management model of three curriculum,national,local,and school curriculum,providing a basis for the development of other school-based curriculum.Today,in the background of strongly improving the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture, developing the culture of fengyang flower-drum as the school-based Chinese curriculum for senior high school has significant value and meaning. Fengyang flower-drum own a long history,the profound information and rich cultural connotation.The words of fengyang flower-drum show the people’s miserable life circumstances,the strong courage in facing the dilemma of life, the historical changes of the people’s life,and the people’s desire for a happy life.At the same time, the fengyang flower-drum also has important value in enriching the literary material,shaping the literary image,and enriching the literary emotion.Through the study of the course of the culture of fengyang flower-drum,students not only can improve their aesthetic ability,language ability and literary attainments,also help to improve the quality of students’ personality,to promote students to establish a correct world view,the right outlook on life and values,and it will enhance thestudents’ understanding of the culture of fengyang flower-drum,increasing the sense of identity and confidence of the culture of fengyang flower-drum. And then the students become excellent successor of the fengyang flower-drum consciously.This thesis has three chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the value of the development of the school-based course of the culture of the fengyang flower-drum from the development of itself,the professional development of the teachers,the all-round development of students and the establishment of the local curriculum.The second chapter mainly discusses the content of the school-based curriculum.The second chapter mainly talks about the content of this school-based curriculum from the four special topics,the basic contents and forms,the historical origins and spread evolution,the contained folk culture,and the literary significance of fengyang flower-drum.The arrangement of teaching contents follow a logical sequence, from the shallower to the deeper,and step by step.In the third chapter, a teaching program is designed according to the four special topics of the curriculum content.it mainly includes the goal,the key,the method and the designing thought of the teaching.And then this part discusses the implementation requirements and principles of the curriculum, the contents and principles of the evaluation of the curriculum.
