Objective:Through the normal professional female college students during the periodof military training of body composition and dynamic monitoring of cardiac function, observation of military training during the normal professional female collegestudents body composition and the change of cardiac function, and analyzed thechange law of military training for the prevention of disease and military trainingeffect play a positive role. Methods: Military training before on102normal professional female collegestudents’ basic information collection, the average17days of military training into1day,5days,9days,13and17days five monitoring stations, each monitoringmonitoring body composition, quiet heart rate and blood pressure, and then5days,9days,13and17days of the monitoring results comparing with day1, at the same timewill be five times of the monitoring results and normal low, normal, normal averagepeak comparison, analysis and summary of its change rule.Results:(1) body composition changes:(1) during the period of military training isreduce weight but there was no significant difference, the average weight was close tonormal;(2) in skeletal muscle of13and17days military training significantly greaterthan the military training day1(P <0.05), and skeletal muscle after military traininghad a significant increase in average closer to normal;(3) the training body fat wassignificantly greater than9days military training day1(P <0.01), military training of5and17days body fat was significantly less than the military training day1(P <0.05), body fat has declined obviously after military training closer to normal average;(4)5and9days of military training body low quality parameters were significantlylower than the military training day1(P <0.01);5. Training body water content wassignificantly less than9days military training day1(P <0.01);6. Military training ofprotein was significantly less than9days military training day1(P <0.01),13and17days of protein was significantly greater than1day (P <0.05), protein significantlyincreased after the military training is closer to normal average; All landownersmilitary training day,5day9,13and17days of inorganic salt were significantlyhigher than military training day1(P <0.01), inorganic salts significantly increased after the military training is closer to the normal average.(2) the cardiac functionchanges:(1) military training day5,9and13days of quiet heart rate was significantlylower than military training day1(P <0.05); Military training (5days,9days,13and17days military training day1have lower systolic blood pressure (P <0.05); Militarytraining (5days,9days, the diastolic blood pressure was significantly lower than13and17days military training day1(P <0.01).Conclusion:(1) normal professional female college students during the period ofmilitary training body composition of deviating from the normal average turning pointappeared in9days, skeletal muscle, the body water content, body quality parametersand the change of the protein is down-up; Inorganic salt to rise; Body fat is down-up-down-up; Weight change was not significant. Skeletal muscle, protein andinorganic salt are significantly increased before and after military training, asignificant reduction in the body fat, that military training can make the bodycomposition has a good improvement.(2) the normal professional female collegestudents during the period of military training quiet heart rate and blood pressuredeviation from normal average inflection point appears in5days, quiet heart rate, systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after military training, military training can enhance cardiac function.
