Research purposes: relevant research shows that the physical health level of the public in China shows a downward trend,especially for the adult women,who bear too much pressure in their life and work,lack of effective physical exercise,and their physical health is declining year by year.Many adult women are pursuing physical health and physical perfection at the same time.Anti resistance training can effectively improve the body shape,improve health and enhance physical fitness.The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of this training mode on the body composition,body shape and physiological function of adult women.Research methods: This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to analyze the effect of resistance training for adult women.50 adult women were randomly selected,and finally 40 adult women who met the standard and were suitable for exercise were selected.The selected members were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.During the whole period of the experiment,the members of the two groups required normal diet,did not participate in the training and heavy physical labor outside the experiment.Through the statistical and comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment,the research results were obtained.Results:(1)Body shape:after 12 weeks of resistance training,the waist circumference of the experimental group decreased from 74.60± 3.6cm before training to 72.60±4.19 cm after training(P<0.01),with significant difference;the hip circumference increased from 77.10±2.47 cm before training to 79.40±2.35 cm after training(P<0.01),with significant difference;the thigh circumference of the experimental group increased from 58.60 ± 3.6cm before training 55 ± 3.85 cm decreased to 57.35 ±4.32 cm after training(P<0.01),with significant difference;the upper arm circumference of subjects increased from 26.20±0.70 cm before training to 25.35 ±1.18 cm after training(P<0.01),with significant difference;the waist hip ratio decreased from 0.86 ± 0.04% before training to 0.81 ± 0.05%(P<0.01),with significant difference.(2)Body composition: after 12 weeks of resistance training,the body weight ofthe subjects in the experimental group decreased from 69.17 ± 5.58 kg before training to 66.90 ± 5.63 kg after training(P<0.001),with significant difference;the skeletal muscle increased from 26.31 ± 3.59 kg before training to 27.705 ± 4.04 kg after training(P<0.001),with significant difference;the body fat of the subjects decreased from 69.17 ± 5.58 kg before training to 66.90 ± 5.63 kg after training(P<0.001)24.14 ±3.73 kg was decreased to 22.68±3.97 kg after training(P<0.001);the basal metabolic rate of subjects increased from 1413.25 ± 106.61 kcal before training to 1483.00±103.35 kcal after training(P<0.001),with significant difference;the body fat rate decreased from 29.54±1.39% before training to 28.29±1.28%after training(P<0.001),with significant difference.(3)Physiological function:after 12 weeks of anti resistance training,the heart rate of subjects in the experimental group decreased from 78.95±1.15 times / min before training to 77.85±1.35 times / min after training(P<0.01),with significant difference;the vital capacity of subjects increased from 2660.4 ±134.19 ml before training to 2697.20±122.52 ml after training(P<0.01),with significant difference;the intake of subjects The systolic blood pressure decreased from 128.70±1.38 mmhg before training to 127.30±1.38 mmhg after training(P<0.01);there was significant difference;the diastolic blood pressure decreased from 85.70 ± 2.11 mmhg before training to 84.40±2.58 mmhg after training(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Resistance training can effectively improve the body shape of adult women,reduce waist circumference,thigh circumference,upper arm circumference,make their body more symmetrical and coordinated,and better present the curve beauty of female body.(2)Anti resistance training can effectively improve the body composition of adult women,improve the content of skeletal muscle,improve the basic metabolic rate,and have a positive significance for the reduction of body fat and body fat rate.(3)Anti resistance training can effectively improve the physiological function of female,reduce the heart rate,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of adult female,and also have a very good promoting effect on the increase of vital capacity.
