Quality is the eternal theme of development of higher education, is the lifeblood of higher education institutions. The purpose of education is to promote the physical and mental development, so the quality of the student’s education is a top priority. University of existence as an educational institution is the primary cause of the students, the fundamental purpose is to promote student learning, growth and development. Students’learning status and how life experiences in school, university investment of resources is to provide students with a valuable educational experience, and thus brought to their lives improved, which is the University must pay attention and answer the question, that is universities must pay attention to the student’s learning process.Students study described in this article is such a characterization of the university into the learning process concept, this concept is based on the introduction NSSE-China survey tool, which is focused on the student body measurement tool, is really about the students’ personal development harvest an evaluation system. NSSE-China chose academic challenges degrees (Level of Academic Challenge, LAC), active cooperative learning levels (Active and Collaborative Learning, ACL), teacher-student interaction (Student-Faculty Interaction, SFI), campus environment support (Supportive Campus Environment, SCE), the richness of the educational experience (Enriching Education Experience, EEE) five indicators.In this thesis, S University, for example, use this tool to the S2010-2012University study conducted a statistical analysis tool for three years and the reliability and validity have been tested, proven reliability and validity is good. After analyzing the data, S University students in college academic performance and learning gains in active collaboration with their level of learning, academic challenge degrees, faculty-student interaction, the school environment support, the richness of the educational experience is directly proportional to the score that is, to learn the level of investment in the five indicators mav retlect differences in education levels, the school invested in learning improvements on five indicators help to improve students’ academic level. Comparable indicators in the five years to the faculty-student interaction is an indicator of the lowest score, while some other domestic universities are also found in the investigation of teacher-student interaction is a low-score common problem, which caused the S University as well as domestic many colleges and universities concerned.Faculty-student interaction this concept has been mentioned many times, faculty-student interaction is important for personnel training is known to everyone, but from learning about sex into this perspective to teacher-student interaction is very small. In this thesis, three years of university faculty-student interaction from the S status of faculty-student interaction found in low frequency, the limited scope of faculty-student interaction, faculty-student interaction effect is not ideal of S University student interaction problems, went on to influence faculty-student interaction cause analysis and interpretation, and finally propose countermeasures to enhance teacher-student interaction recommendations.
