Nowadays, the management software in the network classroom can not satisfythe demand in the teaching of ICT curriculum in high School. The essay is aboutthe research on Moodle platform in theory and function.By introducing the platforminto the network classroom, the teaching needs can be met and effective teachingcan be accomplished.With the teaching philosophy of taking students as main body and takingteachers as the lead factor,it is confirmed in the research that the main taskof teaching design is to create meaningful learning environment and the idea ofcreating strateges according to goal oriented learning environment on Moodleplatform is put forward. How to create the learning environment is the key pointof the essay.The strateges of goal oriented learning environment are as follows.Firstly, analyze the process of teaching,the teaching strategy and theteaching evaluation from the idea of Teaching As the Leading, which is the premiseof creating effective learning environment Then, design goal oriented learning environment: Learning as the main body.Analyze learner needs and learning objectives based on the idea of LearningAs the Main Body in order to design the classroom activities which focus on learners;Fully consider the design of the learning environment with the devising of learningactivity as the main line, including the design of physical environment,psychological environment and social interaction environment; Adjust learningenvironment design and learning process dynamically.Teachers should carry outcontinuous strategic guidance in the process of learning, make full use of Moodleplatform with teaching cases in teaching practice,analyze the considerations andenvironmental requirements in the process of the design and implementation of thelearning environment with the help of teaching case design and learning environmentand apply the strategy of learning environment design to the practical teaching.Practice results show that the teaching strategy of ICT curriculum in highSchool, which is based on Moodle platform, is effective,useful and helpful: Moodleplatform provides a good support for network teaching,makes case teaching, projectteaching, PBL teaching etc.more convinient,is benificial to students’independent study and cooprative learning, highlights students’ dominant role,improves students’ creativity and the ability of expressing themselves,which is also of great help for teachers to achieve the multiple evaluation made for studentsand motivates students’ learning enthusiasm.The essay provides the available approach to the research of ICT curriculumfor the teachers in the field,which is of great benefit to improve students’information literacy totally, optimize ICT curriculum teaching and meanwhile,offers some helpful experience for other subjects to use the Moodle platform forteaching.
