With the development of network information,cloud computing,Mobile learning,big data and other new technologies are widely used in the field of Education.The Party Central Committee and the Ministry of education attaches great importance to the work of educational informationization,and puts forward the need to expand the coverage of high-quality educational resources with the help of information technology.Through the educational informationization,gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,promote educational equity.As the economic conditions and educational facilities are very limited in the county-level cities,the sharing of resources and the application of new technologies have been put forward.Since 2006,Moodle curriculum management system has been gradually concerned by experts,scholars and teachers in primary and secondary schools.It's open source,free and easy to operate,and other characteristics broaden its scope of application,for the education funds of county-level cities to provide a way of teaching information.The author in the internship period for high school chemistry,set up the construction of Moodle platform,and application in the teaching practice,in order to county-level cities school of information technology and teaching in-depth integration and provide the reference.This study consists of five parts.The first part is theoretical research,including the first chapter and the second chapter.The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad and research methods in four aspects.The second chapter describes the relevant theory,mainly from the hybrid learning theory,information processing learning theory and constructivist learning theory of three aspects of research,to provide a strong theoretical support for this study.The second part is the feasibility analysis.Through field investigation,questionnaire survey and interviews in three ways,the author from the three aspects of high school's demand for information technology,teaching environment and teachers' information technology ability in county-level cities,analyzes the feasibility of the construction of onlinelearning platform based on Moodle.The third part is the construction of the platform.Through the analysis of the teaching materials and teaching objectives,the research designs the module,and develops the corresponding teaching resources according to the needs of teaching.The fourth part is the application of practice.Preliminary preparation mainly from the construction of environment and the pre training in two areas,according to the design of the teaching process,the author has applied Moodle online learning platform in Shahe NO.1Middle School.The fifth part is the research summary and prospect.This part summarizes the research results,and expounds the innovation of the research.At the same time,it points out the shortcomings of the research,and prospects for the future research.
