English is a discipline of subject, increasingly in the information era, it is also a discipline of information. Therefore, homework is sure to be assigned, but students are willing to do paperless homework. Through the investigation, I realize that in current teaching condition, the style of primary school English assignment is single, which is limited to written forms. It's conformed to the requirements of designing homework in the background of ability-oriented education. In terms of problems the exist in homework, the paper is main to create a informational learning environment for practicing multiple homework in Moodle which is a famous course management systems——full of software and functions. Then with the help of the concrete form of homework, participatory methods, evaluation and so on, it's able to develop a new network operating mode.Papers are studied from the following aspects:Firstly, the research begins from the concept of informational homework and the change of primary school English assignment which is generalized and listed in the aspects of the concept of literature, the classification and function of homework, the nature of the operation. In addition, according to the current shortages of the English homework, the writer introduce the functions, superiorities, characteristics and the research status of the informational technology in the environment of Moodle. Thus, the writer validates the possibility of change in informational English homework.Secondly, based on previous research, writer outlines the procedure of designing homework in the environment of Moodle, structure the informational platform for the multiple homework mode, introduce the different form, management and evaluation strategies of homework. Writer try to design the questionnaire and the views and issues about informational homework with Moodle of teachers'and students'from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative understanding of experimental results. In addition, writer reflects from the examples of the change of homework in some experimental school.Finally, writer evaluates the effects and meaning of the research from the students, teachers and school in the informational environment of Moodle. Then, take advantage of the regular pattern of children's cognitive to prove the possibility of change in informational English homework again. The final part of paper is to analysis the current problems to conclude the research and make a follow-up thinking. In the end, the writer concludes the achievements.
