This paper studies the present key high school basketball teaching situation of Jinan underthe background of new curriculum standard, with18Jinan key high schools as the researchobjects, using the literature material method, and other research methods to study this subject.This article analyses from the curriculum objectives, curriculum content, teaching methods,teaching evaluation and teaching management five aspects of the curriculum under thebackground of present Jinan key high schools basketball teaching situation, tries to find outthe current problems existing in the basketball teaching and proposes the correspondingoptimized proposal, consulting for Jinan high school sports teachers.In this paper, the main conclusions are as follows:1. In terms of basketball course objectives, the new curriculum adheres to the health firstguiding ideology, sets the mental health, social adaptation, sports participation, sports skills andphysical fitness as five specific objectives, requires teachers to strengthen the attention tostudents mental health and social adaptation.2. In terms of basketball course content, the new curriculum sets up different goalsaccording to different grade levels, does not make specific provisions about the content ofteaching for each grade, but advocates various regions and schools basketball teachers to baseon stage goals of different levels, giving full play to the subjective initiative, combining withlocal schools and the students specific situation to design the teaching content independently.But at present, some teachers in key high schools in Jinan still continue to use syllabus, evensome design teaching content by their own, and the content is only a simple copy of entranceexamination.3. In terms of basketball course management, Jinan key high schools still have someproblems, such as low basketball teachers education structure, fewer teachers and sportsteachers class lower than other subjects, affecting PE teachers working enthusiasm. In addition,the students understanding of sports fitness is not enough, the basketball venues and equipmentand other hardware resources are nervous, the school reading rooms and stations have not madefull use and the network management has not achieved full coverage.Therefore, schools should pay attention to the supervision of the combination ofcurriculum reform and quality education, genuinely reduce the students academic burden help students to form interest groups and scientific exercise plans and let basketball teachers giveprofessional guidance to basketball associations. To further improve the information resourcesof basketball course and strengthen the school network management override.4. In terms of the teaching methods of basketball, most teachers still continue thetraditional syllabus under the common interpretation of the demonstration teaching method,only a handful of teachers use autonomous, inquiry and cooperative teaching method of newcurriculum as the main teaching method; Most of the teachers continue to use the teachingexperience of the past, fewer teachers conduct specific teaching according to students physicaland psychological characteristics at the present stage.Therefore, PE teachers should be bold to innovate, use more autonomous, inquiry andcooperative teaching methods, integrate promoting students physical and mental developmentof learning project into the basketball class in the design of sports class; break theadministrative class grouping mode, boldly design teaching organization form of the schoolcharacteristics.5. In terms of basketball performance evaluation, Jinan key high schools mainly ignore thefour prominent problems, students individual differences, the examination content focuses moreon biological function and only appraisal to the entrance content but deviating from theobjectives and too simple evaluation ways.Therefore, the evaluation should pay attention to the individual differences of students andstudents subjective learning attitude. The current evaluation index should be added to thestudent physical health, psychological health, sport involvement and social adaptation ofassessment indicators. Combining multiple evaluation methods, pay attention to stageevaluation, and the evaluation should play to democracy, respect various aspects. Explore toestablish non-governmental teaching evaluation organization--basketball teaching qualityevaluation.
