China’s education in the process of modernization and move towards the world,the education of democracy and equality is the most important goals. The equality ofeducation is broad in the content, gender equality is one of the main content, in theprocess of education, gender equality is a neglected problem. Therefore, the study ofgender differences in the education of all sorts of problems, to solve the influence ofgender differences in the education teaching work is very necessary.Gender difference phenomenon commonly exists in People’s Daily lives.Especially in the education teaching work, in the stage of school-age teenagers haven’tformed their own values and outlook on life, mature. In the process of learning,therefore, are highly susceptible to the influence of gender differences, so as to changetheir cognitive process. It is for this reason, reflects the gender differences in learningphenomenon more obvious. Especially in high school, male and female student’s ideasand values gradually matured, the cognition of things also has been improved obviously.However a lot of the formation of gender stereotypes have entrenched, and constantlyaffects the students’ thinking and cognition. So, in the teaching process, we discover nothard, for male and female students, no matter what a discipline, is more or less beeninfluenced by some gender differences.This paper on the basis of summarizing the existing gender differences research,combining with the characteristics of Chinese subject, by male and female studentswere different in the language learning, and according to the information about thesurvey, Chinese high school students test scores of statistics, language classroomobservation and interviews with Chinese teachers and parents, to carry out specificanalysis on the factors influencing language learning both men and women, and gendercharacteristics put forward the corresponding strategies of high school students. Fromthe school, students themselves, family and social aspects, respectively, and drawconclusions. So take corresponding measures to improve the status quo, such as expliciteducation evaluation system, improve the teaching mechanism, innovate the traditional concept of men and women, to the improvement of teachers’ methods of proportion, toease the impact of gender differences in the teaching.First of all, the paper uses literature method, statistical method, chart method,survey method and so on, by means of sampling to select part of the actual survey ofhigh school language teacher, parents and students, conclude that high school studentsin the process of language learning is affected by gender differences.Second, the paper through the investigation and study, clear gender differencesmainly exist in the high school boys and girls which aspects of language learning, andthrough the chart data and case to confirm the results of the survey.Again, according to the actual survey results, the general conclusion, andexamples, summed up the factors influencing language learning both men and women,from the school, the students themselves, family and social aspects to carry on thedetailed elaboration.Finally, in view of the influence of gender differences on high school studentsChinese study, puts forward the relevant solutions. Not only to improve the teachers’gender consciousness education, take on sex teaching teaching strategy, at the sametime, it put forward the reforms, institutional innovations such as traditional ideas,increase the government’s encouragement of male graduates of normal measures, etc.,from various aspects one by one, solve the problem of high school students of genderdifferences in language learning.And trying to boost the Chinese teacher’s emphasis on gender differences in bothmen and women, pay attention to students’ gender differences in language teachingpractice, at the same time, improve the teachers gender bias problem, contact the school,parents, society, common gender differences as a kind of important education resourcesand research subject, USES the related strategy, give full play to their advantages of themen and women students, improve their overall Chinese accomplishment.
