Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, there are millions of peoplemigrating to Xinjiang, these immigrants are from all over the country and scatter inthe north and the south of TianShan. They are from all over the world and have mixedwith each other in culture, language, and customs. What they do have advanced theintegration of local residents’ cultural consciousness and the formation of multiplelocal consciousnesses with Xinjiang characteristics. Take Xinjiang Production andConstruction Crops for example, the text aims to inquiry changes of population’sawareness of local development when people emigrate to Xinjiang from mainlandsince the founding of the nation.In December,1954, most of the Liberation Army Second, Sixth Army, TwentyTwo Army Crops adapted by Xinjiang national army and the Kuomintang peaceuprising troops all on-site jobber-transfer composed of Xinjiang production andconstruction crops. Facing the extremely harsh natural environment and the uniquesocial environment to carry forward the Bing Tuan farmer crave, the spirit of selflessdedication shouldering the national historical process task, forming a distinctive colorof the local consciousness in this special condition. The work hard and perseverly,uphold the spirit of selfless dedication to the army, keeping making both ends meetconsumption idea in difficult circumstances, positive to participate in political life.They are the traditional ethics moral influence, but at the same time as the newdevelopment of the country. The gradually abandoned the traditional multi-fu fertility,began to pay attention to eugenics. They pay attention to education, to participateactively in the market economy, in obedience to the state’s will to pursue therealization of self value, in this process they influence each other and form a newlanguage, customs, consciousness, the formation of a new consciousness of thesubject---“the people of Xinjiang”.When Xinjiang became BingTuan people’s hometown, which also lets the innumerable people to forget their own hometown. They shuttle between Xinjiang andplaces of origin. With the development and progress of society, the localconsciousness also in produce change, economic diversification, dependency makesrooted in the land of the land people’sheart. When the older generation of Cropsgradually withdraw from the stage of history the Crops, a new generation of Cropshistorical sense of mission are also weakening. This has prompted us to reflect on thedevelopment of a series of changes. Aiming at these problems from the peasants andworkers daily consciousness, political consciousness, religious consciousness, ethics,value orientation aspects described the regiment set up to process and causes oftoday’s native consciousness and the change, reflects an era of change.
