With the development of the country community construction in our province, it promote the exploration of building and practicing beauty country and promote on the enrichment and development of new beauty country community constructiontheory. Also, the building of beauty country and the socialist harmonious country is pushed by the development of beauty country constructions. This paper which survey on moon bay village conduct an investigation of status about communitybuilding and the strong and weak points about district programming. This paper also point out the achievement, analyze the problems and finally propose the ways and models of beauty country construction.
