In recent years, the cultural construction in city community is gaining more concerns from social fields due to the development of economy and society. Developing cultural construction in city community all-around is a part of our country's socialism advanced cultural construction and is also an important way to deeply strengthen socialism spiritual construction, to propel people's all-around development and construct socialism harmonious society.
