The rapid development of modern sports, international sports exchanges have become increasingly frequent, and constantly improve the level of competitive sports, and a variety of sports escapade after another. In view of Knowledge Sociology, summarizes the achievements and problems of Sports Law in China. Since the90s, our country Sports Law grows very quickly. Both research results, the number of Sport Law and Sport Law researchers’team in geometric speed in growth, in this rapid development, some problems in the study of Sports Law in China began to emerge:Sport Law researchers age structure is unreasonable, the lack of young researchers, affect the renewal and the development of community Sport Law; Sports discipline education background of the researchers of law, from the sports colleges and universities, the researchers accounted for most of the single subject education background; Our country Sports Law research content is too much focus on sports law practice, the problem such as basic theory research is relatively small.To solve these problems through the joint efforts of the state, society, schools, etc. First, the state has to actively improve my sports legislation to increase the publicity of the sports system and law; Secondly, in school education, offering more Sports Law in universities, increasing the interaction among the related subjects; And the last one, social aspects, multi-establishment of the Sports Law Research Societies, active in the theoretical study of the Sports Law Symposium.
