| This thesis uses video games as an object of study, try to discuss the connotation and aesthetic characters of games and video games. The purpose of this thesis is; firstly, to explore the nature of games, especially video games, deepen the understanding of video games and eliminate misunderstandings; secondly, to explore the aesthetic characters of video games, and to strengthen consciousness of aesthetics as a branch of knowledge.According to the situation that domestic research of video games is stay in the technical level while the academic research is still in its infancy, this thesis firstly elaborated the issue what video game is, simply combed domestic and foreign video game theory and Tried to find the general characters and key elements in all these theories in the first Chapter. Then in the third Chapter, the thesis puts video games into the background of contemporary culture, and studies several important elements of video games through the relationship between games and art, interactivity, openness and narrative in video games, virtual reality characteristic.The whole thesis includes two parts; introduction, main body. |
