With the development of higher education popularization, the number of students in colleges and universities rose sharply. These have higher requirements to the student associations. In recent years, the scope of college students’ association is constantly expanding and its management system is improving. Student associations in colleges and universities plays a vital role in the development of education cause. However, people do not accurately know the function and effect to the associations, and the management system is not perfect, so the function of associations can not be fully play. So we need to strengthen the construction of student associations and perfect the community management. As the most important method of management, excitation mechanism is significant to the development of college students’ association. Optimization of the incentive mechanism of college student associations can promote the development of community members and increase the cohesion of associations. To promote community construction and give play to the role of associations have the very vital significance.The study is composed by four sections. Chapter One is the introduction, mainly analyzing the background, significance, research ideas and methods; As well as the relevant literature review at home and abroad.Chapter Two explains relevant concepts, features and significance of the college students’association incentives.Chapter Three summarize the problems existed in college students’ association incentives, through survey and literature review. With further research, analyzing the causes of college student association incentive mechanism problem is understand of the position and role of college student associations is not in place; the management system is not perfect; the management system is not sound.Chapter Four elaborates strategies consist of optimizing the external environment and perfecting the internal incentive system to optimize the incentive mechanism of college student associations, and building good association culture.
