Study On Cultural Construction Of University Student Associations

How to carry out the cultural construction of college student organizations,enhance the leading role of socialist core values in the cultural construction of student organizations,ensure the correct direction of the cultural construction of college student organizations,and improve the effectiveness of the cultural construction of college students' associations is a very urgent issue of the times.Guided by the theory of Marxist cultural construction and the theory of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics,and based on the theory of modern organizational management and organizational culture construction,the study uses the methods of documentation,investigation and content analysis to theoretically elaborate and empirically explore the related issues of college student associations' cultural construction.Firstly,on the basis of literature research,the connotation,characteristics,intrinsic function and campus value of college student associations culture are systematically discussed,which reveals the "triple progressive cycle" educational mechanism of college student associations culture consisting of "immersion-internalization-externalization",and puts forward that the construction of college student associations culture should be based on spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and material culture.The objective system of coordinating development and overall promotion of mass organizations' culture in four aspects as well as the basic principles of Party leadership,people-oriented,inheritance and innovation,close to reality and common prosperity should be adhered to.Secondly,the paper reviews the historical process of the cultural construction of college student associations in three stages:from the founding of New China to the early era of reform and opening-up,since the reform and opening-up to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It comprehensively analyses the new situation of the cultural construction of college student associations,and the realistic dilemma of the cultural construction of college student associations which is the interweaving of the leading role of core values with the pluralism of social thoughts and the contradiction of long-term nature of cultural with the frequency of membership flowing,the enthusiasm of practical action with the limitation of cultural cognition,the systematicness of education work with the exclusiveness of professional education and the autonomy of community development with the dependence of external resources.Thirdly,around the related issues of the influencing factors of the cultural construction of college students' associations,the study interviews the administrators of College Students'associations and collates the interview texts by using QSR Nvivo 10 software to identify the nodes,classify the nodes and extract the topics of the interview texts,then factors affecting the cultural construction of College Students' associations are extracted.On this basis,a questionnaire on the influencing factors of the cultural construction of college student associations was developed and distributed to the president of student associations of seven universities in Liaoning Province.The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by descriptive statistics,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.After eliminating the influencing items that did not meet the requirements,21 influencing items were finally selected and identified.According to the results of factor load matrix after rotation,it can be summarized into four aspects:internal construction factors,instructor factors,resource allocation factors and external guidance factors,and the interactive relationship model of influencing factors of College Students' community culture construction is constructed.Finally,in view of the practical dilemma of the construction of college student associations' culture,with the reference of the influencing factors of the construction of student associations' culture and the interactive relationship model,this paper further puts forward the optimization strategies of the construction of college student associations' culture,including strengthening the value orientation,forming the political force of the construction of community culture,strengthening the internal construction and five aspects with stimulating the internal motive force of the construction of community culture;to strengthen the guidance of teachers,maintain the stability and persistence of the construction of community culture;optimizing the allocation of resources,enhancing the lasting endurance of the construction of community culture;paying attention to external orientation and forming a strong joint force of the construction of community culture.
