Research On The Management Of Student Associations In Private Colleges And Universities

In recent years,with the reform of higher education system,private colleges are developing quickly on a large scale,and students clubs in private colleges and universities are also developing quickly like mushrooms after rain,not only their scales,but also their numbers and kinds are soaring up.Due to the important role that the students clubs have played in terms of teaching the youth,organizing the youth,fostering student leaders and educating the youth ideologically and politically,they gain great attention from society and the leaders both of the administration and the CPC in the colleges and universities.However,the private colleges and universities' present management to the clubs has some problems,such as inflexibility of management organization,inaccuracy during the execution of management system,clubs' lack of smooth work for the clubs,clubs' large quantities without high development levels etc..The reasons for causing these problems are the clash between the binding of management and the expansion of self-development,the decrease of system quality and lack of supervision,the defects of clubs' inside construction,the more lack of resources for the club's development than public colleges and universities and so on.It has been a great urge to seek solutions to these problems which have been a great obstacle for the clubs,to innovate methods for the management to the clubs,and to guide the clubs' sound and rapid development.Taking T Private University as an example,this paper will adopt the methods of document research,questionnaire and interview for the study of student clubs in the private colleges and universities as a kind of organization and phenomenon,what's more,with the knowledge of modern administration theory,this paper will take it into the field of administration as an organic entirety which has integrated resources to study the management system for the clubs,especially from the angle of long-term system.Aiming at the problems of management to the clubs,this paper has found a new way to manage the modern student clubs in private colleges and universities by suggesting solutions such optimizing the management system,optimizing the system construction of student clubs,enhancing the support of money,sites and instructors for the clubs and guiding the students to integrate different kinds of resources.The obtained results will have an active effect on promoting the healthy development of student clubs,and improving contemporary young college students' comprehensive ability to cultivate talent for the construction of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.
