The Problem And Strategy In The Soccer’s Training And Management Of Senior High School In Wuhai

The school football team is an important part of the school sports team as aschool team sports. Team sports are directly related to a school’s amateur sportstraining and management of comprehensive strength, which is also paid muchattention to by society and the school. The football team training, as a sportsextracurricular activity is always carried out to make up for regular PE lessons,so the students’ enthusiasm to participating in football competitions and theresults of the competitions have become the basic way of testing theextracurricular sports training. Therefore, football team training and itsmanagement has become the important research subject for high school footballcoaches.Wuhai city high school football team has got its development from thebeginning of2000. For more than10years,we have achieved outstandingsuccess in high school football competitions of the autonomous region，andNumber One High School in Wuhai was classified as national traditional sportsschool (football) in2004. However, some other schools in Wuhai city, theamateur football team has some problems in training and management,whichhas already restricted the development of high school football team in Wuhaicity and the athletics`level has been influenced as well in a way. These factorsare mainly embodied in the football team training and management.This article mainly introduced the training for Number One High Schoolfootball team in Wuhai city and analyzed all possible factors including theguiding ideology， coaches training skills, football consciousness training,physical training, technical training, tactical training, season training，trying tofind out the reason why the athletics level of the football team has not got the proper enhancement and to seek for a series of suitable training methods to localconditions. On the football team management, this article selected the Wuhaihigh school football team as the research group and analyzed the conditionssuch as how much attention the Department in charge of sports pays to thefootball training, the management of the coaches and athletes，the training planand competition management，trying to find out the deficiencies in football teammanagement，and put forward some own insights on improving the managementsystem of football team.
