Discussion On The Football Training Problem Of Sichuan Traditional Football School

School sports is an important part of school education, soccer is one of the students'favorite sports in schools. Setting up the school's football team is a significant approach to develop this traditional project. This paper mainly adopted the methods which based on documents, interview, questionnaire, observation and statistics to analyze the restricting factors of women's soccer team development in primary and middle schools in Sichuan football tradition as well as some countermeasures research, and it comes to the following conclusions:1. Most of the group members in Sichuan Football Traditional School consist of some of the talented students as well as someone who are choosen by schools. Most of their training time are from extra curriculum time. Training contents are based on basic skills and strategies. The main problems are the low rate of talented students, insufficient training hours, unitary training method and low level of training.2. Capital investment is the key factor of restricting women's football development in Sichuan football traditional schools. It is also the guarantee of women's football training and competition development in schools.3. Attention from school leaders is also a restricting factor of the development of traditional football primary and middle schools in Sichuan which played as a catalyst and promotion role.According to the conclusion, following countermeasures are suggested:1. Sichuan football traditional primary and secondary schools should carry out the training of the women's football games, etc. and promote the dominant position of football traditional project. On the basis of some field of basic equipment, financial input must be enlarged, only the financial part is guaranteed, the development of women's football can be ensured.2. To develop football tradition of women's football work in Sichuan primary and secondary schools, coach training should be considered. First, construction of the coach team should be took into account, at the same time, teaching level of the coaches should be enhanced, and more opportunity for coaches should be given. Second, the allowance of the training coaches should be fully considered which can improve the working enthusiasm of the coaches.3. School leaders should focus on most of the football teams which not only support the team financially but also enhace the fighting capacity and confidence improvement.4. We should enhance the communication with their parents, eliminate prejudice and misunderstanding, build up a football echelon and improve a better development in the football team.
