Study On College-Enterprises Cooperation Of The Higher Vocational Education In Wuhai City

In order to cultivate higher-skilled talents, a new kind of teachingmode---School-enterprise cooperation teaching mode is adopted by manyhigher vocational education college in our country in resent years. This kingof teaching mode is needed for fulfilling the educational policy, for adaptingthe economic structural change and society development, for speeding up tofoster higher-skilled practicing talents, for promoting higher vocationaleducation reform and development, and insisting on theprinciple,“employement as leading and ability as base”. School-enterprisecooperation is the only road to bring about a mutual “double-win” betweencollege and enterprises and to connect higher vocational education andeconomic development closely. Higher vocational education colleges shouldstrengthen the school-enterprise cooperation, push the school-industrycombination, and establish the idea of servicing the enterprises. Only in thisway, could promote the reform of curriculum planning, content of courses andteaching methods, and promote the teachers and students practicing ability,even to promote the whole quality of the higher vocational education colleges.School-enterprise cooperation teaching mode is the inevitable demand forenergetically development the higher vocational education colleges and thereform direction for higher vocational education as well.With the rapid development of Wuhai city′s economy, is on themomentum of development in resent years. Based on local development,servicing the local economy, higher vocational education in Wuhai city is onan better development road through enlarging the school scale, setting upschool feature and promoting teaching quality. Based on relevant theories,using investigation research methods,documentaries research methods andcomparing research methods, this paper focuses on school-enterprisecooperation of higher vocational education in Wuhai city. School-enterprisecooperation teaching mode not only solve the problems of quality and qualityshortage of skilled labor, but also has longer and deeper current significancefor promoting the development of the local economy and the highervocational education in Wuhai city.Higher vocational education started in Wuhai city is later than that of inother regions, school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode is on the way,there exists performance and problems. The performance are, co-building alot of outside school practicing bases, perfecting the skilled labor trainingsystem， promoting the curriculum construction quality, raising the graduatedemployment rate, promoting the teaching ability and increasing the teaching levels. The problems are:lacking of the proper supervising and coordinatingmechanism of the local government, school-enterprise cooperation is unstable;the lower level of school-enterprise cooperation leading to cooperation partiesresponsibilities, rights and benefits unclear, lacking of management and fullstudy on how to increasing school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode inhigher vocational education school, enterprises not paying so much attentionon school-enterprise cooperation,etc.Using the school-enterprise cooperation development modes andsuccessful experiences of other countries, such as Germany, USA, Japan,England, Australia and developed areas of our country, such as Suzhou,Ningbo, Huangang for reference, the paper gives some advices onschool-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational education in Wuhai city,these advices are: establishing school-enterprise cooperation management anddouble-win mechanism through enacting relevant policies by localgovernment;confirming the cooperation parties responsibilities, rights andbenefits and deepening the cooperation relationship by signingschool-enterprise cooperation contract; strengthening studies onschool-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education school;enterprises should strengthen the management and more actively to take partin the cooperation.
