Tesearch On The Cooperation Between Higher Vocational Colleges And Enterprises From The Perspective Of Professional Cluster

Over the years, higher vocational colleges are enthusiastic about the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, and regard the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises as their school-running features, however, enterprises just reluctantly deal with it. This phenomenon has become an obstacle to the deep integration between industry sector and higher vocational education.At present, the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises usually loose, imitative and copy some typical cooperation mode. This lead the integration between industry sector and higher vocational education just stays in the level of cooperation and gradually lose their vocational features. Nowadays, the transformation of education reform in the local undergraduate colleges is still an opportunity and challenge for higher vocational colleges. In order to adapt the education revolution, higher vocational colleges should face the challenges, grasp the opportunities, extrude prominent characteristic and advantages of school-enterprise cooperation, deepen the cooperation mode between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, explore the path of integration between industry sector and vocational education.In this research, the researcher took the case of seven "campus-based factories" in Y College and used historical documents, text analysis and case analysis to explore the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in the perspective of professional cluster. This research mainly from three aspects, which include the current situation of vocational-enterprise cooperation pattern in Y College, the advantages of professional cluster of seven schools "campus-based factories", four major cluster advantages under the school in the plants. The current situation of vocational-enterprise cooperation pattern of Y College was presented from general status quo, performance ensure and operation management. The advantages of professional cluster of seven schools "campus-based factories" were presented from specialty setup, curriculum construction, teaching staff and talent cultivation. The four professional cluster advantages under the school in the plant were presented from machinery, electrical engineering, automotive financial and taxation.Finally from the perspective of professional cluster, the researcher put forward the overall strategies:First, develop the advantages of professional cluster and build unique brand. Second, optimize curriculum setting and seek balance of theory and practice course. Third, change traditional concept of master and apprentice, and introduce modern apprenticeship. Forth, optimize evaluation system of internship and improve the quality of talent cultivation. Fifth, strength professional construction and improve the capacity of professional service industry.
