Since1985, our country made the scale of the national youth students’ physical health survey for over four times. The results showed that students’ health present the trend of decline in suppleness, power, strength, endurance, vital capacity. The speed quality and power quality continue to fall for ten years, endurance quality continues to fall for twenty years.9-12years old children are experiencing rapid development of physical and athletic ability. In this development, children will improve health fitness if they choose the right sports to exercise.The technical actions of taekwondo accord with human body physiology characteristic. It is a kind of systemic activities which uses human bone, muscle, joint activities to adjust the body. It can promote physical quality such as body strength, speed, agility, endurance, coordination. So this study analyzes taekwondo effects on children health fitness. It provides reasonable and effective training methods to improve the quality of children’s body. And it provides a platform to enhance children’s physical quality.In the study, the taekwondo training includes general training and special training. The experimental group asked for conducting taekwondo training in six months. The experimental group compared with the control group in horizontal line, and itself in longitudinal line. It reveals the influence of the taekwondo training on children’s health fitness. This study strictly follows the test method of health fitness. Data processing use Microsoft Office Excle and SPSS17.0software. The results showed that:1.Taekwondo training can improve the9-12years old children’s vital capacity and step index, which indicates that the taekwondo training can improve children’s aerobic fitness, improve the children’s heart lungs function.2. Taekwondo training can increase the9-12years old children muscle potential energy: increasing upper limbs strength, lower limb strength and children’s waist abdominal muscle endurance.3. Children’s flexibility decreases with age; taekwondo training can stop flexibility declining, and improve the degree of flexibility. Through the taekwondo training, the improvement of girl’s flexibility is greater than the boy’s increase amplitude.4.9-12children’ height increase larger, but through the taekwondo training, children’s height growth rate will be higher than the natural growth. 5.6months of taekwondo training can change body components of9-12years old children The influence is not obvious on fat content and body fat percentage, but the body fat percentage has a declining trend; taekwondo training can increase the children’s muscle content.
