Objective: In this study, children 9-12 years old in the implementation of swimming exercise intervention. To investigate whether the health of children swimming fitness produce positive impact. What swimming motion parameters can significantly improve child health fitness, choose a reasonable way to provide children with exercise science theory and practice materials.Methods: The study of data processing by means of Microsoft Office Excel and SPSS19.0 software. Then the use of literature, experiment, measurement and mathematical statistics "Fitness Swimming impact on children’s health Changchun body" of theoretical analysis, for children to participate in the sport of swimming exercise to provide a theoretical reference. In this paper, the FVC, step test index, sit-ups, grip strength, standing long jump, sit and reach and body composition parameters indicators, swim workout experimental study of children, through mathematical statistics before and after exercise for 12 weeks of the indicators data for statistical analysis and research.Results: The results after 12 weeks in the control group of children aerobic fitness, muscular fitness has increased, but did not reach a significant difference(P>0.05), the indicators of body composition has changed, which stands the test results change significantly, and not reach a difference(P>0.05). The test results Flexility declined. Children in the experimental group after 12 weeks after swimming training, aerobic fitness, muscular fitness, flexibility, quality has significantly improved, compared to post-processed into a significant difference(P <0.05) during the software system. Body composition changed significantly in height was a significant difference(P <0.05), body fat percentage decreased.ut did not reach a significant difference(P>0.05). In conclusion:1.After 12 weeks of exercise for children to swim vital capacity and step index have been improved, indicating that by swimming exercise, can improve children’s good cardiovascular endurance, improve aerobic fitness of the child, the child has a healthy heart and lung function facilitating role.2.After 12 weeks swimming exercise improves the 9-12 year-old children of upper body strength and leg strength, but also to strengthen the abdominal endurance, suggesting that swimming can improve muscle fitness of children aged 9-12.3.After 12 weeks swimming training, Flexibility 9-12-year-olds has increased, suggesting that the intervention can improve the sport of swimming soft quality of children aged 9-12. And closely related to sex, the degree of variation of less than boys girls.4.After 12 weeks of exercise training for swimming, children’s body composition to increase the proportion of muscle, body fat percentage of children a downward trend shows that exercise can increase muscle content of swimming for children aged 9-12, and promote healthy body composition composed of improving children.
