| Research purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the influences of aerobic exercise combined with anti-resistance training intervention on the correlative elements of the physical fitness,through conducting a 12-week aerobic exercise combined with resistance training intervention/non-intervention exercise of 60 males from 25 to 35 years old from Shenyang MAX International Sports Fitness Club.Research methods: 60 subjects were randomly divided into two groups of 30.On the precondition of insuring the training time and diet adaptation,the two groups of subjects underwent a 12-week aerobic exercise combined with anti-resistance training intervention/non-intervention exercise experiment.For the purpose of the study,the present study mainly adopted the documentary,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and the received data of health-related physical fitness from the pre-test and post-test were compared and analyzed.Research results:1.Cardiorespiratory endurance: Based on the analysis of the results,the subjects in EC have made significant improvement in their blood pressure(diastolic/systolic),heart rate,and maximal oxygen uptake(p < 0.01).The results illustrated that there was significant difference the maximal oxygen uptake(p<0.01)and there are obvious differences in the blood pressure(diastolic/systolic),heart ratesystolic pressure(p<0.05).2.Muscular Strength and endurance: The subjects in EC have made significant improvement in their grip strength,1min sit-up,press-up(p<0.01).The results shows that there were significant differences in the grip strength,1min sit-up between the two groups(p<0.01),and there was a difference in the press-up between EC and CC(p<0.05).3.Body composition: the results shows that the subjects in EC have made significant improvement in their body mass index(p<0.01),and the subjects in EC have made obvious significant in their body fat and lean body mass(p<0.05).The results also shows that therewere significant differences in the weight between the two groups(p<0.01),and there was a difference in body fat and lean body mass between EC and CC(p<0.05).4.Body flexibility: The results show that there was no positive effect on the sit and reach in both EC and CC(p﹥0.05)Thus,there was also no significant difference in the sit and reach between EC and CC(p﹥0.05).Research findings:The aerobic exercise combined with resistance training has positive and significant influence on the various indexes(such as: blood pressure,heart rate,maximal oxygen uptake,grip strength,1min sit-up,press-up,weight which related to the cardio respiratory endurance of the health-related physical fitness.There was significant improvement in the body fat and lean body mass.However,the effects of the body flexibility were not distinct. |
