Research purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the influences of aerobic exercise combined with anti-resistance training intervention on the correlative elements of the physical fitness,through conducting a 12-week aerobic exercise combined with resistance training intervention/non-intervention exercise of 60 males from 25 to 35 years old from Shenyang MAX International Sports Fitness Club.Research methods: 60 subjects were randomly divided into two groups of 30.On the precondition of insuring the training time and diet adaptation,the two groups of subjects underwent a 12-week aerobic exercise combined with anti-resistance training intervention/non-intervention exercise experiment.For the purpose of the study,the present study mainly adopted the documentary,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and the received data of health-related physical fitness from the pre-test and post-test were compared and analyzed.Research results:1.Cardiorespiratory endurance: Based on the analysis of the results,the subjects in EC have made significant improvement in their blood pressure(diastolic/systolic),heart rate,and maximal oxygen uptake(p < 0.01).The results illustrated that there was significant difference the maximal oxygen uptake(p<0.01)and there are obvious differences in the blood pressure(diastolic/systolic),heart ratesystolic pressure(p<0.05).2.Muscular Strength and endurance: The subjects in EC have made significant improvement in their grip strength,1min sit-up,press-up(p<0.01).The results shows that there were significant differences in the grip strength,1min sit-up between the two groups(p<0.01),and there was a difference in the press-up between EC and CC(p<0.05).3.Body composition: the results shows that the subjects in EC have made significant improvement in their body mass index(p<0.01),and the subjects in EC have made obvious significant in their body fat and lean body mass(p<0.05).The results also shows that therewere significant differences in the weight between the two groups(p<0.01),and there was a difference in body fat and lean body mass between EC and CC(p<0.05).4.Body flexibility: The results show that there was no positive effect on the sit and reach in both EC and CC(p?0.05)Thus,there was also no significant difference in the sit and reach between EC and CC(p?0.05).Research findings:The aerobic exercise combined with resistance training has positive and significant influence on the various indexes(such as: blood pressure,heart rate,maximal oxygen uptake,grip strength,1min sit-up,press-up,weight which related to the cardio respiratory endurance of the health-related physical fitness.There was significant improvement in the body fat and lean body mass.However,the effects of the body flexibility were not distinct.
