The school sports as an important part of the development of people physical andmental health, has been widely recognized by the society, to improve the overallhealth level of society have an important role. PE teaching is an important part of theschool curriculum, the responsibility is more and more important, the school sportswork directly affects the quality of talent construction in twenty-first Century. In themiddle school sports teaching, sports teaching is different from other subjectsteaching, it can enhance the physical fitness of students, enhance health awareness,develop the habit of lifelong sports.
