School sports is an important part of school education, it is to the students’ knowledge, health, emotional education is unmatched by any other disciplines, at the same time, it is the basis for the development of athletic sports and mass sports, carry the train aspiring and useful talents for the state and society. The core of school sports is the sports teaching, sports teaching quality direct response of school sports development.In July 2001, the ministry of education promulgated the "sports(1-6) and health(7-12) curriculum standard(experiment draft)" began to implement, and promotion within the scope of national key experimental plot experiments. After years of trial operation, in October 2005 began a nationwide promotion of new curriculum. Cangzhou city sports curriculum reform has experienced more than 10 years of hardships, in the process of implementing feel confused, had failed, and achieved results, of course also had some experience in the reform. Cangzhou city junior high school physical education teaching, therefore, the present research situation and analysis of the advantages of cangzhou middle school physical education curriculum teaching and defects, and targeted puts forward his own point of view, to some realistic guidance, cangzhou sports teaching work for cangzhou city bureau of education to provide decision-making basis for school physical education teaching reform, and then work for cangzhou city middle school sports teaching healthy and reasonable development contribution meager strength.This article used the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, scientific and systematic analysis of the cangzhou city at present all 10 junior middle school sports teaching present situation. The survey teacher questionnaires out of 128 actual recycling effective questionnaire 123, distribute student actual recycling effective questionnaire 987, 1000 questionnaires, also interviews have been carried out on the part of the school leaders and teachers. Contents include the implementation of physical education curriculum present situation, the sports teachers, class goal, teaching content, teaching organization, teaching evaluation, sports equipment, evaluation of physical education, sports, the sports learning status, etc., the following conclusions are drawn:1, the shortage of sports venues, facilities and equipment is the bottleneck of restricting sports curriculum teaching, can’t meet the needs of the sports teaching.2, physical education(PE) open insufficient class time, stolen phenomenon is serious, physical education, didn’t get the school and the teacher.3, physical education teachers to understand the new curriculum standard, teaching reform, enforcement, lack of mature standard teaching mode.4, single sports teacher’s choice of teaching content, content, class organization and lack of entertainment, innovative, cannot reflect new course standard basic idea of "health first".5, unreasonable evaluation approach, the teacher evaluation methods, evaluation content of students’ learning has certain disparity with the new curriculum standard requirements.6, physical education teacher preparation shortage, degree is low, the scientific research ability is poor, title structure is unreasonable, part-time phenomenon is relatively common, has a serious phenomenon of job burnout.7, the school regulation is not enough, the lack of a reasonable and effective management system.
