Taekwondo became item of the Olympic Games since2000, tae kwon do sports hasspread rapidly in China, everywhere have taekwondo club and more and more teenagersto practice taekwondo. And according to the regulations of Beijing municipal educationcommission, Beijing primary and middle school students in Beijing youth taekwondochampionships won the top three, and obtain the second-level athlete certificate or in thephysical education reform and in the primary and middle school students taekwondochampionships won the top five students, can enjoy five points in the examination pointsto take care of, enjoy20points to take care of in the college entrance examination, whichto a certain extent, attracts many students participate in the sport. But how do tae kwondo project carried out in the middle school, the specific situation of the teachers andstudents, the study of the exact information is insufficient. This article try to analysisfrom the present situation of taekwondo in Beijing middle school, investigate itstaekwondo in Beijing middle school’s future development, in-depth analysis, to furtherpromote the development of the project in Beijing middle school in tae kwon docountermeasure analysis.This research mainly adopts the method of documentation, questionnaireinvestigation, logical analysis and mathematical statistics to investigate the presentsituation of middle school taekwondo conducted in Beijing. Main conclusions are asfollows:1. Middle school in Beijing tae kwon do project basic situation were investigated.According to the survey, there are more boys than girls students, junior high schoolstudents than senior high school students. Teachers tend to be younger in age, themajority of teachers have advanced degrees, tae kwon do mostly in the specialty ofteachers.2. The form of taekwondo of the Beijing middle school to carry out the mostexists in the form of interest class, the class number is most schools have a lesson twice aweek. Location equipment to meet the need of the students in the school accounts foronly about7%. More than90%of the schools have no unified taekwondo teachingmaterials. Most schools organize students to participate in paragraph a distinction, butnot in the aspect of teachers training school regularly organize training for teachers.3.The high school teachers think it is very important in tae kwon do classes in Beijing, tocarry out the outlook is very optimistic, most teachers have said very like tae kwon doteaching job.4. Most of the students think that practicing taekwondo can improve thebody quality, school students very like tae kwon do, tae kwon do competition also like. But most students take tae kwon do competition is to test points. In this school muststrengthen the propaganda, to guide the student to real like tae kwon do sport.5. In orderto further promote tae kwon do project in Beijing middle school puts forward severalcountermeasures and Suggestions, reform taekwondo class form, perfect locationequipment facilities, improving the school leadership, strengthen the teacher training tothe attention of the tae kwon do study, formulate unified curriculum, strengthening thetaekwondo knowledge propaganda, eliminate safety concerns, etc. Several Suggestionson tae kwon do better in school.
