Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Teenagers' Taekwondo Competition In Shaanxi Province

Shaanxi Taekwondo team used to be the backbone of our country's Taekwondo sport,ranking in the forefront of the country for a long time,but its position in the front rank of the country has been shaken since 2004.In order to activate the development vigor of competitive Taekwondo in Shaanxi Province and rebuild its glorious status,only by forming the momentum of the development of Taekwondo in various cities of Shaanxi Province,can we lay a good foundation for the steady development of competitive Taekwondo in Shaanxi Province,and then continuously import Taekwondo talents for Shaanxi Province and even the whole country.The Taekwondo Competition of the 16 th Provincial Games in Shaanxi Province is a training for the 13 th National Games.It is helpful to understand the current situation of the development of the level of Taekwondo in various cities and cities,and can comprehensively improve the level of competitive Taekwondo in Shaanxi Province by means of preparing for the Eastern Wind of the National Games.This paper takes the current situation of teenagers' competitive Taekwondo in Shaanxi Province as the research object,using the methods of documentation,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,and on the basis of discussing the common characteristics of the development of competitive Taekwondo at all levels,it makes a detailed analysis of the differences among different cities,in order to explore the development status of competitive Taekwondo at all levels.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)each level city Shaanxi province taekwondo athletes professional skills training for 3 to 5 times a year on average,xi 'an,Yulin,Weinan region are six times,suggesting that Shaanxi province taekwondo to give great support on skills training and project promotion,athletes receive the most advanced technology and scientific training methods,the prefecture level steady development trend.(2)although taekwondo is in a state of development in different prefect-level cities in Shaanxi province,there is a great difference in the level of athletes.Xi 'an,Yulin and Weinan regions enjoy good development,while Hancheng,Shangluo and Ankang regions have slow development and relatively concentrated talents,which reflects the uneven development level of taekwondo in our province.(3)under the background of similar basic conditions of athletes,firstly,there is the problem of selection methods.Xi 'an,Yulin and Xianyang regions recruit studentsfrom their own provinces in terms of selection of athletes,and the selection channels are relatively narrow for the city in other regions.Secondly,in terms of the condition guarantee of taekwondo,different prefecture-level and city support degrees lead to the difference in training level,which further leads to the widening of athletes' level.(4)most of the prefecture level coaches professionalization and specialization insufficient,because of factors such as time and money,part of the coach did not take part in a long time,the system of training,and even have some coaches with only their own experience of teaching and training phenomenon,not followed the steps of scientific training,and easy entities "inbreeding" phenomenon.(5)most city coaches come from retired old athletes or former wushu free combat coaches and part-time taekwondo coaches,and their own learning ability and scientific research ability are weak,so it is difficult to effectively improve the level of athletes.(6)due to the shortage of funds,most coaches in prefecture-level cities cannot improve their training equipment,and the funds for activities are not enough to support more scientific training for athletes,and cannot guarantee the prevention and treatment of injuries and illnesses of athletes.
