The 21st century is the informative era of knowledge-driven economy, any organization felt that content of knowledge is increased hugely in one's own domestic and foreign environment, Besides, have produced the crisis awareness to the quickening of the renewal speed of knowledge, too. Through setting up learning organization the person who need urgently to go on study of organizing type, besides, need carrying on systemic management to the knowledge in the domestic and foreign environment of oneself badly too, in order to improve the efficiency of study. This text exactly takes such a macroscopical environment as the background, has carried on systematic research to the construction of knowledge management network in learning organization, have offered the analysis that stylizes to the train of thought that is structured. The learning organization is a present ideal organization mode, carry networked management to the knowledge that it has must improve the learning efficiency of organization, thus strengthen the key competitiveness of organization. Since the publication of The Fifth Discipline-Study Type Organization Art and Practice by famous American management expert Peter.M.Senge. Since 1990s, the upsurge of research, application and popular is the study type organization theory has been sweeping across the world in the circles of the global enterprises and management, on the basis of research achievement of the study type, in combination with the real situation of China, the article studies emphatically in the method and approach of establishing the study type organization, aiming at providing a complete set of effective means for preparing to establish the study type organization through the research, and enhancing the managerial level of the enterprise, and cultivating the everlasting core competitive force of the enterprise. The organizational change from strategy, structure, culture and mechanism.
