Purpose:The degree of energy economic is definitely considerate to one of primary factors of endurance ability. Regarding race walking, the energy economic is often evaluated by the stable state oxygen quantity at the sub-V02max-speed. The energy economic has the optimal application in the evaluation of Aerobic capacity and has higher relativity than V02max. The energy economic can be considered a higher sensitivity indicator of endurance training. This research is purpose to observe the effect of the implementation of five weeks physical conditioning training using energy economic. The conclusion can be applied in practice and training scientifically and provide a reasonable basis for race walking training.Subjects and Methods:The subjects were 6 young race walkers. Implement five-week physical conditioning training on the basis of the original training system, with the same training environment.Results:A reasonable and appropriate physical conditioning training progression program on race walking was designed. There were results through tests before and after five weeks training:â… ) total water, muscle mass, lean body mass was significantly increased (p<0.05), fat mass was significant Lower (p<0.01);â…¡) FMS score significantly increased (p<0.01);â…¢) The angle at touchdown significantly improved (p<0.01), the tread immediately angle significantly increased (p<0.05), the minimum knee angle was increased (p<0.05);â…£) the 02 uptake at the sub-V02max-speed(p<0.01) and the RPE improved(p<0.05);â…¤) the 4km time improved and correlated with the improvement of the 02 uptake at the sub-V02max-speed.Conclusion:After five weeks physical conditioning training, improved stability and enhanced coordination has contributed to the rationalization of action to reduce the excess energy consumption, making the race walking more economical; landing angle was significantly increased, reducing the loss of velocity and saving energy; players' metabolic capacity was improved, the oxygen available was increased, indicated more energy economic; 4km performance of players was improved, and correlated with the the energy efficiency.
