| One of the prominent feature of the development of human society today is multicultural conflict and coexistence. In2011, a total of54.12million foreigners into China, there is an upward trend in the number of foreigners in China. The foreigners from many countries and regions of the world brought their different cultural patterns, in the Chinese culture as the leading cultural system culture has created a new group. Because depend on the social different deep structure, such as differences in language communication and nonverbal communication way to multiple reasons, between the emerging and growing group culture and mass culture and dominant culture inevitably exist, the barriers between causing misunderstanding and friction. Multicultural society environment, realizing effective communication will inevitably face the challenge of cross-cultural communication. China is the most typical cross-cultural communication environment to receive foreign students of higher learning. The continuous expansion of international students, as well as the diversity of nationality, let colleges and universities increasingly highlight the necessity of intercultural communication research. Based on the development of international students of shandong university scale and management model, this paper comprehensively analyses the present situation of intercultural communication and the establishment of the Chinese and foreign students in colleges and universities demand mechanism of combination, and from the student activities, teaching reform, the system construction, and cross-cultural communication ability training on the feasibility of fusion mechanism in colleges and universities to build the Chinese and foreign students, to avoid cross-cultural conflicts and achieve effective cross-cultural communication, to establish scientific mechanism of fusion of Chinese and foreign students with its national conditions has very important practical significance. |
