Analysis On Football Conditions About Public Physical Education In Universities In The West Of Shandong Province

As we know, football is a very popular sport in college students, and Shandong isalso a big province with a nice environment where people are good at playingfootball.However,the development of this sports in colleges and universities in the westof Shandong Province is still in a relatively backward stage compared with the rapidpace of development in other regions,especially when it comes to the development andpromotion of it. To raise the level of football can not only promote the development oflocal football, but also can guide its direction well.This paper makes a systematic analyze by using the methods of data collection、questionnaire survey、spot survey and Mathematical statistics on the carrying out andthe construction of teaching staff in Liaocheng university、Dezhou university and Hezeuniversity which all are located in the west of Shandong Province.Then We find out theexisting problems in these universities and put forward the corresponding suggestions.The conclusions we make are as follows:1、All these three universities have carried out football course,and most studentschoose this course for the love towards football. Meanwhile, there are also a small partof studentsWho choose it because the football is easier to pass, and other sports courses arefull.2、The leadership of the universities pay little attention to the carrying out offootball course,and as a result,the teachers’ passion and enthusiasm towards footballteaching is lower, and then influences carrying out of football course to some extent.3、The lack of facilities and the aging equipment,as well as the unreasonablecourse arrangement and the shortage of funds result in the slow equipment renewal. 4、Some teachers fail to teach lessons in accordance with the football teachingsyllabus strictly, and it is difficult to guarantee the scientificity and the systematicness ofthe teaching contents,so the relative teaching management departments should intensifysupervision and management.5、The form of teaching is relatively single, and the teachers can’t teach accordingto the need and conditions of the students. At the same time, the contents teachedinvolves less theories,and the evaluation method is single for it is focused on theteachers’ subjectiveness.6、The existing problems involve: the teachers are in shortage,and mainly areyoung and middle-aged,also, the professional titles are low.
