So that we can promote the development of the campus football and cultivate excellent football talent. A reasonable and effective incentive mechanism is the basic guarantee of improving performance. Meeting the needs of football coaches and improving their enthusiasm of participating in the campus football activities plays an extremely important role in developing school football healthily. We also should strengthen the spiritual motivation of coaches.
