Football has been woven into the people lives deeply. The Chinese football falling behind was caused by various reasons, but the fundamental reason is juvenile football weak.which is in the most fundamental status. In the process of carrying out campus football, we should flourish the coaches best, improve their enthusiasm and let them apply into work actively. So that we can promote the development of the campus football and cultivate excellent football talent. A reasonable and effective incentive mechanism is the basic guarantee of improving performance. Meeting the needs of football coaches and improving their enthusiasm of participating in the campus football activities plays an extremely important role in developing school football healthily.
