Research On Organizational Characteristics Of Chinese Athletics Potential Superior Events

With the reform and opening up in China, the upgrading of the level of competitivesports and the establishment of international status are affected by organizational changeand innovation based on sports characteristics. The.main research conclusion is as follows：（1）The aim of sports organization is to foster excellent athletes and createexcellent performance, putting the rights and responsibilities of different levels ofpeople together and forming corresponding organizations involved in bodycomposition.The main feature of sports organization are the following three aspects：unique and progressive organizational goals of the development of sport performance,mutual competition and aid among members, standard and interaction within andoutside the organization.The factors affecting the development of sports organization ismainly the development of sports, human resources, economic, science and technology.the average score and weights relatively is4.934and0.343,4.833and weight is0.336,4.633and0.321,which include a total of24elements of secondary indicatorsunder level indicators.（2）This study uses competitive evaluation index to calculate scores in the latest Summer Olympic Games to show the current potential advantages.
